🎓 For Students:

• After registration, check your email (including spam folder) for your User ID and PIN

• Your User ID will start with "STU" followed by random characters (e.g., STU3A7F9B)

• Your PIN will be 8 random characters (e.g., 4B7D9F2C)

• Use these credentials to log in and browse available hostels

• You can book rooms directly through the platform

🏢 For Hostel Owners:

• Registration requires admin approval (24-48 hours)

• You'll receive email notification once approved

• After approval, you'll receive your User ID (starts with "OWN") and PIN

• Then you can log in and start adding your hostels and rooms

• You can set total beds per room and system tracks availability automatically

📱 Having Registration Issues?

• Make sure your backend server is running on Render

• Your backend URL is: https://yidana-hostels.onrender.com

• Make sure you're using a valid email address

• Ghana mobile numbers must start with 02, 05, or 0[2-5] and be 10 digits

• Check your spam folder for registration emails

• If you don't receive email within 10 to 20 minutes, contact support
